Vendor Application

We'd love to have you join us for this historic event!

 

Vendor Reservation Details: All vendors will receive two (2) vendor access passes and will have their own designated vehicle parking areas near their assigned  spaces.

 

Note that all vendor spaces are primitive (no access to water or electricity hook-ups at the vendor space). There will, however, be restroom facilities, handwashing stations, and water hydrants located in close proximity to vendor spaces.

Reservations are for a 10' x 10' space for $50 per day.

Vendor set-up begins at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024. (Campers will begin arriving at noon on Thursday, April 4, 2024.) You must be off the premises no later than 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

Additional Rules for Vendors: Vendors must keep their areas clean and contained within their assigned spaces. Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise and property, tax and regulatory obligations, and any and all liabilities associated with such. 

Please have available upon request: Valid ID, health department and sales tax permit, if applicable.
